DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

 

Processing Time

  • All orders are made-to-order and require 3-7 business days for production before shipping

  • Artist collaboration items may require additional processing time due to their specialized nature

 

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after fulfillment

  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days after fulfillment (when available)

  • Shipping estimates are calculated from the date your order is fulfilled, not the order date

 

Shipping Costs

  • Standard domestic shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery location

  • Free shipping is offered for orders over $150 within the continental United States

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping Costs

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method

  • These costs do not include potential customs duties and taxes

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

 

Import Fees

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country

  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected upon delivery

  • Salty Teeth has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be

 

UK & Canada Specific Information

  • For orders shipping to the UK valued under £135, VAT is applied at checkout

  • For orders shipping to the UK valued over £135, additional duties may apply upon delivery

  • For orders shipping to Canada, GST/HST and/or PST may apply depending on the province and will be collected upon delivery

  • Please be aware that refusing a shipment does not exempt you from import fees

 

ORDER TRACKING

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

  • You can also view your order status and tracking information in your account on our website

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation

 

SHIPPING DELAYS & ISSUES

Potential Delays

  • Delays may occur due to high order volume, supply chain disruptions, or carrier issues

  • International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing

  • During holiday seasons or global events, shipping carriers may experience higher than normal volumes

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • CSUPERETTE LLC is not responsible for packages after they have been handed to the shipping carrier

  • In the event of a lost, damaged, or significantly delayed package, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide appropriate resolution
