Please note that items categorized as one size fits all, made-to-order, pre-order, art pieces, jewelry, and accessories are exempt from returns, exchanges, and refunds.
TIER-SPECIFIC POLICIES
1: Limited Vintage and hand distressed editions

All Limited Editions and Artist Collaborations are considered made-to-order art pieces

These items are exempt from our standard return policy

Each piece is created specifically for you and cannot be restocked

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available for these items
2: Evergreen Collections

We do accept returns for Evergreen Collections within 14 days of delivery

Returns will be accepted provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached

A restocking fee of 15% may apply for returns that are not due to our error

In the event of a production error, damaged item, or incorrect shipment, we will offer a full replacement or refund

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Photographic evidence of the issue is required for all claims
3: Upcycling

Each Creative Reinvention piece is a one-of-a-kind artifact with its own unique characteristics

Due to their exclusive nature, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our products. In the event you receive a defective item:

Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect

Our team will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate resolution
Defective items may be eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion, even for items that are generally exempt from returns.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

Include your order number and photos of the incorrect item received

We will arrange for a replacement of the correct item
PROCESSING TIMES

Return requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days from approval

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
EXCHANGES
Due to our made-to-order production process, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different size, color, or design, you will need to place a new order.
RETURN SHIPPING
In the cases where a return is authorized:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Return shipping methods must include tracking information

Salty Teeth is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process
